We are Gallivant World Travel, LLC, and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. Access to and use of the services of Gallivant World Travel, LLC, (“GWT” and/or “our”) and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms. No alterations to these terms and conditions may be made by any Gallivant World Travel, LLC, authorized representative or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of Gallivant World Travel, LLC.
IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
USE OF INFORMATION AND SERVICES: You warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with Gallivant World Travel, LLC by any means, including our Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all your travel bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of Gallivant World Travel, LLC communications by minors under your name or account.
You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with Gallivant World Travel, LLC is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.
You agree that the travel services reservations facilities provided by Gallivant World Travel, LLC shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. Separate supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Gallivant World Travel, LLC and any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Gallivant World Travel, LLC with Gallivant World Travel, LLC debiting your account for any costs Gallivant World Travel, LLC incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through access provided by Gallivant World Travel, LLC.
PRICE QUOTES: Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. Unless otherwise noted, price quotes typically do not include airfare, baggage fees, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, resort fees, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers or travel insurance. If these items are included, they will be noted on your quote.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due prior to departure or consumption in accordance with each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited.
All cancellation requests must be sent to Gallivant World Travel, LLC in the form of an email. As a result of cancellation Gallivant World Travel, LLC and third-party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation, each supplier’s websites. Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation. If you have any questions, or any penalties are unclear, please contact your Gallivant World Travel, LLC Consultant. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services. Gallivant World Travel, LLC 's cancellation fees are separate from vendor cancellation fees. Vendor policies regarding cancellation fees will be relayed to all clients in your trip quote documents. If you cancel, your cancellation fee will be $50 per person + the Vendor’s Fee, if applicable.
CHANGE FEES: If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Due to Vendor(s) policy(ies) or time restraint(s), certain bookings may not be changed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may be purchased, separately, to cover cancellation for covered reasons as outlined in the insurance policy. Insurance policies vary with differing exclusions (such as pre-existing conditions, work related issues, supplier bankruptcy, change of mind, cancel for any reason, etc.)
TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION: Photo identification is required for all travel. It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Acceptable identification can be found at http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids; examples are DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records.
Gallivant World Travel, LLC strongly recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger, if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation. Children and infants also require all such travel documents. Minors (under age 18) traveling internationally without one or both parents may be required to present a letter of consent signed by any/all non-traveling parents. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency requires that for USA child groups under age 19 arriving by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or sports team, may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Parental or legal guardian consent must be provided to the supervising adult/Group Leader. You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Customer to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and tours. Check each supplier’s website to ensure you and all members in your travel group or party obtain and carry travel documentation required.
ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS: Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or past offense, and you are unsure how the country you are traveling to (or through) views that offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. (Details can be found at http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_4965.html.) Gallivant World Travel, LLC, respects the privacy of all clients, and feel it is an invasion of privacy for any member of our staff to make such an inquiry.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents, including e-ticket itineraries, are sent via email approximately 4weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received by Gallivant World Travel, LLC. If paper documents are requested when edocuments are available, documents will be delivered via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $50 will apply. A complete street address is required (no PO boxes).
AIRLINE CONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN, SEAT ASSIGNMENTS, MISSED FLIGHTS: It is important that you confirm your flights with the airline prior to departure: 24 hours in advance for domestic flights, and 72 hours in advance for international flights. Failure to confirm international flights or failure to use any portion of an airline reservation may result in automatic cancellation by the airline for all continuing and return flights. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airlines, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare rebooking is subject to airline penalties, rebooking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.
PHOTOGRAPHY | VIDEO: Gallivant World Travel, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Gallivant World Travel, LLC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Gallivant World Travel, LLC, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
SAFETY RISKS: Travel to certain destinations may pose a greater risk than others. Gallivant World Travel, LLC strongly urges that prior to booking international travel, customers to remain informed to current news events, travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government.
By offering travel to particular international destinations, Gallivant World Travel, LLC does not warrant that travel to such destinations is advisable or without risk and shall not be held liable for any such damages or losses that could result from such travels. Clients booking constitutes acknowledgement and does so at their own risk.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Gallivant World Travel, LLC and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. It is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Gallivant World Travel, LLC. Gallivant World Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to cruise ports of call or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the cruise line and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Gallivant World Travel, LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the trips arranged by Gallivant World Travel, LLC Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Gallivant World Travel, LLC, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "Gallivant World Travel") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, cruise lines, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc.
All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Gallivant World Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Gallivant World Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, epidemics, pandemics, diseases, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Gallivant World Travel, LLC . In addition, I release Gallivant World Travel, LLC from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that travel such as that I am undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Gallivant World Travel, LLC or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure.
I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Gallivant World Travel and agree to hold harmless and release Gallivant World Travel, LLC from claims of third-party negligence. I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Gallivant World Travel and in the event that payment has been made to Gallivant World Travel by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to Gallivant World Travel. If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Gallivant World Travel against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Gallivant World Travel, LLC. If Gallivant World Travel incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Gallivant World Travel via money order or cash immediately.
Coronavirus COVID-19 Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.
You and your guests are fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices.
You understand that it is your responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure you have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 and will be denied.
You agree to hold Gallivant World Travel, LLC, harmless for his election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy.
Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a 'known event' late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place and Covid-19 has been declared as a forseen event.
You are aware of the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and holds Gallivant World Travel, LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling.
You agree to hold Gallivant World Travel, LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid 19 and agree not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Gallivant World Travel, LLC, for said penalties or fees. You are aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. You are aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or other means of transport.
You are aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned.
You are aware that it is your personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and you take full responsibility for your actions with regards to this.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents, including e-ticket itineraries, are sent via email approximately 4weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received by Gallivant World Travel, LLC. If paper documents are requested when edocuments are available, documents will be delivered via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $50 will apply. A complete street address is required (no PO boxes).
AIRLINE CONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN, SEAT ASSIGNMENTS, MISSED FLIGHTS: It is important that you confirm your flights with the airline prior to departure: 24 hours in advance for domestic flights, and 72 hours in advance for international flights. Failure to confirm international flights or failure to use any portion of an airline reservation may result in automatic cancellation by the airline for all continuing and return flights. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airlines, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare rebooking is subject to airline penalties, rebooking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.
PHOTOGRAPHY | VIDEO: Gallivant World Travel, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Gallivant World Travel, LLC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Gallivant World Travel, LLC, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
SAFETY RISKS: Travel to certain destinations may pose a greater risk than others. Gallivant World Travel, LLC strongly urges that prior to booking international travel, customers to remain informed to current news events, travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government.
By offering travel to particular international destinations, Gallivant World Travel, LLC does not warrant that travel to such destinations is advisable or without risk and shall not be held liable for any such damages or losses that could result from such travels. Clients booking constitutes acknowledgement and does so at their own risk.

It is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Gallivant World Travel, LLC. Gallivant World Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to cruise ports of call or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the cruise line and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Gallivant World Travel, LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the trips arranged by Gallivant World Travel, LLC Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Gallivant World Travel, LLC, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "Gallivant World Travel") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, cruise lines, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc.
All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Gallivant World Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Gallivant World Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, epidemics, pandemics, diseases, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Gallivant World Travel, LLC . In addition, I release Gallivant World Travel, LLC from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that travel such as that I am undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Gallivant World Travel, LLC or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure.
I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Gallivant World Travel and agree to hold harmless and release Gallivant World Travel, LLC from claims of third-party negligence. I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Gallivant World Travel and in the event that payment has been made to Gallivant World Travel by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to Gallivant World Travel. If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Gallivant World Travel against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Gallivant World Travel, LLC. If Gallivant World Travel incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Gallivant World Travel via money order or cash immediately.
Coronavirus COVID-19 Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.
You and your guests are fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices.
You understand that it is your responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure you have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 and will be denied.
You agree to hold Gallivant World Travel, LLC, harmless for his election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy.
Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a 'known event' late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place and Covid-19 has been declared as a forseen event.
You are aware of the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and holds Gallivant World Travel, LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling.
You agree to hold Gallivant World Travel, LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid 19 and agree not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Gallivant World Travel, LLC, for said penalties or fees. You are aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. You are aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or other means of transport.
You are aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned.
You are aware that it is your personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and you take full responsibility for your actions with regards to this.
